Job Summary: The Manager of People, Culture & Governance will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of both HR-related functions within our organization as well as governance functions for the volunteer components. This individual will be responsible for assisting with payroll, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with California state regulations, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, this role involves working closely with the Executive Director (ED) to support the mission and vision through effective governance practices.
