This position reports into the Director, Membership and Business Development and will work closely with other departments to create a meaningful membership experience. • Spearhead an exciting new pilot program supporting state chapters

• Has a proven track record in membership growth and engagement
• Brings 5+ years of membership experience, ideally in healthcare organizations
• Excels at strategic thinking and managing multiple projects
• Is driven to make a positive impact in healthcare

• 5 years membership recruitment and retention experience.
• 2 years health care membership association experience preferred
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful membership strategies.
