EventCurious is seeking a candidate for a fully remote, part time Administrative Coordinator. This contract position will be working with an EventCurious association client in the wedding industry. The position will be responsible for primarily supporting the Association’s Executive Director and Executive Board (as needed). This is an independent contractor position, not an employee. Weekly Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with the Executive Director, National Executive Board and all others on staff with the Association’s management company. • Manage correspondence (email and Basecamp) – responding in a timely and professional manner • Prepare memos, letters, and other documents using Word processing, Google Docs, Excel, Google Sheets
