Dear Prospective Consultants, A non-profit organization with a fully remote workforce is actively seeking Human Resources professional services, with a dedicated focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access, and Belonging (DEIAB), for 16-20 hours per month. As a 501(c)(3) organization based in Washington, DC, operating entirely remotely, the non-profit organization located in the DMV is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and supporting our team of 20-30 employees. We are inviting proposals from qualified firms with proven expertise in human resources, particularly with specialization in DEIAB initiatives, to provide a comprehensive range of HR services.
