Meeting Planner *This is a hybrid position. Candidates must reside within a 100-mile radius of our home office in Chicago, IL. Your Purpose: The Meeting Planner is responsible for planning and executing SOA major meetings, events and seminars as assigned. This position will support the Director and Manager with additional meeting responsibilities as assigned. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills. This is a highly visible position that interacts with SOA members, volunteers, sponsoring/exhibiting organizations and represents the organization to the hospitality industry.
