The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) engages on the federal legislative, regulatory, legal, and communications fronts to advance policies that enable public clean water utilities to provide affordable and sustainable clean water for all communities. Our vision is to represent every utility as a NACWA member, helping build a strong and sustainable clean water future.   We are searching for an individual to assist with all aspects of member services, primarily focused on membership data research, analytics and management, and engagement tracking. They will handle membership inquiries both internal and external via phone, email, or in person as well as research and management of membership prospect lists. The role involves managing membership inquiries, da
