Position Summary The position is responsible for supporting and enhancing strategic communications, media outreach and stakeholder education for the American Chemistry Council (ACC). The position will focus on communications initiatives which emphasize advancing awareness of Responsible Care®, the chemical industry’s leading safety and sustainability initiative, and other Corporate Responsibility (CR) programs. This includes communications support and media outreach for chemical industry programs on safety, environmental stewardship, workforce development, environmental justice, and community engagement, among other issue areas. The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Responsibility and Community Engagement.
