The Manager, Strategic Partnerships provides important sales support to help meet BD’s annual non-dues revenue goals. This includes a focus on sourcing, acquiring, and managing new FEI sponsor relationships. The Manager works closely with the department’s Vice President to help source areas of new business and develop and present advertising programs. This position forges new relationships and helps build FEI's visibility, impact, and financial resources, while providing reciprocal value for sponsors.
Acquire new clients and revenue opportunities through ongoing prospecting and sales outreach.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop contract deliverables via dedicated marketing efforts and brand awareness/visibility utilizing FEI content platforms and channels.
Develop expertise on FEI’s products and services and the markets in which FEI competes.
Understand how best to present opportunities to individual customers.
Contribute to sales collateral and marketing campaign development to effectively promote FEI’s line-up of BD opportunities.
Input and track prospects and sales activity in FEI’s PipeDrive CRM to aid with sales forecasting and sales pipeline growth.
Oversight/management of customer relationships to ensure the delivery of contracted deliverables and continued sales growth.
Responsible for the activities required to facilitate customer invoicing, including but not limited to new vendor setup with the customer, new organization record set up in FEI’s association management system (AMS), coordination of the invoicing process with FEI Accounting (creation and distribution to/upload for the customer).
Responsible for invoice collections for contracts sold and communications to FEI Accounting regarding the payments to be received.
Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Experience/Educational Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in this or related field.
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, and experience with PipeDrive CRM and Abila’s netFORUM (or other AMS) a plus.
