DESCRIPTION Become a key member of a small team and play an integral role in providing outstanding customer service to clients and their members. Primary responsibilities include: Maintain the overall integrity of the membership database(s) (completeness and accuracy of information). Provide administrative support related to processing event reservations, booth and sponsorship sales, awards nominations and certification testing. In collaboration with senior staff, assist in the promotion of and communication about association membership, events, programs and other offerings. Maintain web content and monitor site(s) to ensure all content is up to date and relevant. Develop and distribute marketing email messages.
