The part-time Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to enable the Sales Department to increase sales, expand and enhance current products/services, create new products, improve customer experience, research new revenue streams, and to serve as another point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers. **This position is hybrid and is required to be in our Bethesda, MD office 2 days per week.** Duties & Responsibilities: Create exhibit events, booth inventory, and invoices in Aptify or new CRM system Collaborate in clean data efforts Send confirmations for all exhibitions and provide clear communication to all exhibitors and sponsors to ensure a smooth registration process and
