POSITION SUMMARY: As the Manager Chapter Communities, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage and empower leaders and members to actively participate in and drive the mission of ASSP with a focus on fostering the organizational impact of our chapter communities, ensuring they deliver meaningful value to our members. This includes providing coaching, tools, training, leadership development, and operational oversight and support to chapter and region leaders to help effectively provide value to members in alignment with ASSP’s strategic goals and direction.
