Overall Description of the Position: The ESOP Association (TEA) is the leading national trade and professional association representing employee-owned companies and the professionals who provide services to those companies (such as attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, trustees).  The ESOP Association is headquartered in Washington, DC. The Audio, Video and Digital Media Content Manager will work with each department within The ESOP Association and the Employee Ownership Foundation to provide audio visual, graphic design, video, and photography support.
