Your Core Contributions To The Team
Application Support
Support the Association Management System (AMS)
Analyze data within the AMS
Troubleshooting issues within the AMS Database (data issues, flow automation issues, etc)
Data Cleanup
User/Badge management
Use Dataloader for bulk loading changes, discounts, and more
Serve as tier 1 technical support contact for select applications, systems, and websites used by the organization’s members and staff.
Escalate tier 2 issues to internal staff and tier 3 issues to third-party support/consultants as necessary while providing timely and frequent updates to requestors.
Maintains user requests in HappyFox ticket system and tracks the progress of the incident through to incident resolution.
Building ad-hoc reports for various departments.
Supporting other existing and new applications.
General
Work with select partners to ensure timely product delivery and quality of service.
Document procedures, standards, best practices, and policies as applicable.
Update the IT section of “The Hub” (The CCIM Institute’s Intranet) and its documentation. Also support other departments content on “The Hub”.
Conduct technical webinars, workshops, and training for the association’s Staff and members to increase the value of IT investments.
Serve as technical lead on small to medium scale projects.
Complywith organization’schange controlprocess.
About You
Knowledge and Abilities
3 or more years of technology experience working in an office and/or remote office environment desired.
Strong understanding of database management, web applications, and experience with AMS platforms.
Experience in Salesforce (Fonteva is a plus)
Experience with Business Intelligence tools Tableau/Power BI
Critical thinking and able to think outside of the box
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Excel formulas and data analysis of large data sets
Strong communication skills with the ability to take non-technical information and translate to technical and vice versa
Education,certification,licenses
Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science, or equivalent experience.
Qualifications and other skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform job requirements with minimal oversight once up-to-speed.
Willingness to learn and experiment with new and emerging technologies.
Must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Off-hour support may occasionally be required.
