As a Training Coordinator, responsibilities include managing registration, invoicing, communications, course prerequisites, scheduling presenter practices and day of production for all eLearning courses, including online, archives, and instructor led. The position will require LMS experience to set up courses as well as manage all registrants, send communications (pre and post course), create and add training materials, manage course discussion boards, score assessments using a rubric, and analyze post survey feedback for quality improvement. The Training Coordinator is comfortable speaking to a virtual audience of more than 50 members. Is friendly and outgoing, and promotes positive and engaging experiences for all participants. The Training Coordinator will communicate t
