Sales Operations Specialist
SUMMARY The Sales Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Board Development Team (BDT) by managing the sales tech stack, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless execution across various sales platforms. This position requires a highly organized and technical individual skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting sales-related issues, aggregating and analyzing data, and generating reports to inform key business decisions. The Specialist will also manage the Corporate Membership Management Platform (CMMP), assist in pipeline development, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Member Engagement, Content, and Credentialing to drive sales efficiency and support BDT initiatives.
