The individual selected for this position will be responsible for organizing and leveraging client data to support the implementation of Dynamic Benchmarking’s SaaS software application for associations. The Account Manager will work closely with the client and our internal teams throughout the implementation life cycle to understand business requirements and determine the data points and structure needed to allow the software to function within those requirements.
The Account Manager is the main point of contact and support representative for all Dynamic Benchmarking clients. He/she will support the client to ensure that purchased software systems meet clients’ technical specifications. Applicants for this position should demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills. The Account Manager will ensure that client technical configuration is completed on time as determined during client meetings. This position will also be involved in identifying deployment efficiencies as well as preparing support documentation on the platform.

Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities for multiple projects, with effective and timely follow-up
Must be comfortable working on multiple products/projects simultaneously
Will work closely with other internal departments as needed, deliver the product as defined during the requirements phase
The ability to multitask effectively and be able to demonstrate ability to work remotely.
