Provide basic technical support to execute launch activities for website and mobile app content, access and functionality
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance for content updates, new content creation, and social media launches to ensure satisfactory user-friendly functionality and ease of access
Complete tasks as assigned and related to managing, organizing, scheduling, and updating the web content, including text, images, design, and brand consistency
Complete required testing of website to check whether the content is optimized for both desktop and mobile app
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of issues and resolutions
Maintain content calendar and strategy timeline; generate website and mobile app analytics reports
Contribute support for planning and scheduling of planned content updates to include conference registration, future webinars and social media launches
High School diploma required
Certifications and/or specific technical school training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study
Experience working with different operating systems and remote support tools
1-2 years of hands-on experience in a technical support role within the IT industry
