As second-in-command to the President & CEO, the Vice President plays a critical leadership role in managing the daily operations of ABC Central Florida. This position ensures alignment between organizational strategy and execution, providing operational oversight across departments and championing excellence, accountability, and culture. The Vice President acts as a trusted partner to the CEO and is empowered to lead in their absence, drive cross-functional performance, and uphold the chapter’s mission to serve the merit shop construction industry. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO in defining and executing the organization's strategic vision and operational plan. Translate strategic objectives into measurable departm
