A leading U.S.-based trade association within the food industry is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Executive Director to lead the organization and advance its mission. This senior executive will work closely with the association’s Board and professional staff to ensure the long-term health, growth, and impact of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of the association’s strategic priorities and programs.
Serve as the external representative of the association to key stakeholders, regulators, and partner organizations.
Maintain and grow membership through active outreach and engagement.
Provide oversight of governance, financial performance, and committee operations.
Guide the development of high-quality member programming and communications.
Monitor emerging trends and issues affecting the food and food ingredient industries.

Its core programs focus on safety, advocacy, education, and advancing sustainability and diversity within the industry.
