Inform USA, a national nonprofit and membership association serving the Community Navigation/Information and Referral (I&R) sector, is seeking a visionary and strategic Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and impact. With a membership base of over 1,000 organizations and 10,000 professionals, Inform USA sets the standard for excellence in I&R services across North America. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and staff to drive mission-focused strategy, manage operations and finances, foster innovation, and elevate Inform USA’s role as a national leader in human services. This is a fully remote position with travel required.
