What we're looking for: Under the direction of the Assistant Director: Corporate & Exhibition Services, the Corporate Relations & Exhibition Services Intern will assist in the day-to-day logistics including maintaining exhibitor database, communicating with current/sponsor exhibitors, and coordinating meeting materials for the Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting. This position is a paid internship ($20/hour) at 15-20 hours per week, in a hybrid environment in our Oak Brook, IL office. The internship begins early September and ends mid-December (approximately 14 weeks).
