Job Title: Member Services CoordinatorClassification: Non-ExemptReports To: Vice President, Operations Position Summary The Member Services Coordinator (MSC) at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) serves as the primary point of contact for members and customers and performs a wide range of administrative duties including order entry and product enrollment, database, and technical assistance. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to DMEC members, supporting membership operations, and coordinating logistics for educational programs and events. This position manages inquiries, keeps database records accurate, and works with other departments to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
