JOB SUMMARYThe Volunteer Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the engagement and development of MDRT member volunteers. The Volunteer Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing assigned volunteer committees, collaborating with staff and volunteer leaders to successfully develop, implement and manage projects aligned with the committee’s specific assignments in support of MDRT’s mission and strategic direction.
