The Executive team is seeking a new Board Operations and Governance Manager to provide support to our Board of Directors, APWA committees and the internal leadership team. About the Role:The Board Operations & Governance Manager ensures the effective functioning of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and related governance bodies. This role is responsible for coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and materials, maintaining governance documents, and overseeing board nominations and election processes. As a key liaison between the CEO, board members, and comm
