The Events & Engagement Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all organizational events and outreach initiatives. This position plays a critical role in fostering member engagement, strengthening relationships with sponsors and affiliate members, delivering on specialty events, and representing the organization at local career fairs and housing events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and skilled at delivering exceptional experiences for members, affiliate members, and the community. This position will be on-site in Warwick, Rhode Island, for the first 3 months.  Then, a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH will be approved.
