DESCRIPTION Become a key member of a small team and play an integral role in providing outstanding customer service to the Property Management Association. Primary responsibilities include: Maintain the overall integrity of the membership database(s) (completeness and accuracy of information). Provide administrative support related to processing event reservations, booth and sponsorship sales, awards nominations and certification testing. In collaboration with senior staff, assist in the promotion of and communication about association membership, events, programs and other offerings.
