The Executive Director (ED) is the Chief Staff Officer of ICEP, reporting to the ICEP Board of Directors. The ED is responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, advocacy, member services, financial sustainability, and ensuring that ICEP fulfills its mission to support emergency physicians in Illinois. Strategic Leadership & Governance Partner with the Board of Directors to develop, update, and execute ICEP’s strategic plan.
