A Membership Director is primarily responsible for growing and retaining the Aurora Regional Economic Alliance’s (The Alliance) membership base through sales, engagement strategies, and relationship management. They are the primary lead in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing members, ensuring member satisfaction and driving growth in alignment with the Chamber's mission. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, sales acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a vibrant business community.
