The Events & Member Services Manager supports the operational success of IFFA by planning and executing meetings, member events, and training programs, while managing member services processes, data accuracy, and registration systems within the association management system (NOVI AMS). This position is the primary lead for event coordination, ensuring a professional experience for members, sponsors, and partners. Key Responsibilities Event planning, coordination & logistics Member Services and registration operations Vendor and venue coordination Co-management of logistics and onsite execution for annual convention
