Position Overview Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President, Finance & Accounting will provide hands-on leadership for the Society’s financial function, including responsibility for developing budgets, producing timely financial forecasts, managing the month-end financial closing and reports, overseeing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, maintaining an effective system of financial and other internal controls, approving payroll, preparing the Form 990 and other public reports, reviewing contracts, and managing a full-time Senior Accountant.  The Vice President, Finance & Accounting will be a key member of the Society’s senior management team, working closing alongside the President & CEO, the General Counsel
