Position Summary
The Program Manager, Quality Programs, leads cross-functional projects that advance the department’s quality initiatives and programs. This role ensures projects are scoped correctly, executed on time and within budget, and evaluated for outcomes and impact. The Project Manager serves as a central coordinator among clinical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), accreditation/compliance, operations, marketing, analytics, external vendors, and partner organizations.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive facilitator who can translate strategy into actionable workplans, manage multiple concurrent projects, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Experience in healthcare quality and professional associations is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end project management for QI initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Develop project charters, scopes, timelines, budgets, and communication plans.
Drive project milestones, manage dependencies, and keep deliverables aligned with strategic priorities.
Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
