Conexiant is seeking a high-performing Membership Coordinator to support APSHO, a nationally recognized professional society advancing excellence in hematology and oncology care.

What You’ll Lead & Support
Execute recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies
Manage and optimize APSHO’s Association Management System (YourMembership), Higher Logic community platform, and learning systems
Oversee the annual renewal cycle and data reporting
Deliver concierge-level member service
Support strategic society initiatives and digital engagement efforts
You will collaborate closely with the Member Services Manager and report to the Executive Director.
This Position requires:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with association management systems required (YourMembership, Higher Logic)
Experience with learning management systems required (Elevate, Path)
Highly organized, digitally savvy, and detail-oriented
Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects
Calm, professional, and service-minded under deadlines
Energized by building professional communities
Occasional travel and limited evening meetings required.
