Alta Management Services, an accredited Association Management Company (AMC), is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Executive Director to lead the activities of our newest client, which is based in Orlando.
This senior-level role provides executive leadership for the association, working closely with the Board of Directors and volunteer leaders to support governance, strategic initiatives, membership programs, meetings and events, communications, and financial oversight. The position is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside in Central Florida and be available for regular in-person meetings and events in the greater Orlando area.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors and committees.
Operate as the primary staff leader for the association, managing both strategic and day-to-day functions.
Support strategic planning and execution.
Lead membership programs, education, meetings, and conferences.
Oversee communications and marketing initiatives.
Manage budgets and financial reporting.
Represent the association at regional and national industry events.
Qualifications
Significant association management experience required; CAE strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with volunteer boards
Financial management and budgeting experience in a nonprofit or association setting
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in commercial real estate or a related industry is a plus
