We are a small medical society focused on a fast-growing cardiology-related field with a global membership, and we are seeking a motivated, ambitious and well organized team player to join our team. The Meetings and Events Coordinator plays a key role in our mission to grow our field and improve patient outcomes, and we rely on you to help us deliver high-quality live education, both virtual and in-person.

The Meetings and Events Coordinator helps support activities related to planning and delivering programs that include our Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), our Global Meeting, other live conferences, workshops, symposia and webinars.
You will report to the Director of Meetings and Events, and your responsibilities also include:
Collaborating on all aspects of operations and logistics for SCCT in-person and online meetings and events, helping to coordinate pre-planning, execution and post-event wrap-up.
In-person: Helping deploy event specifications with hotels, venues and vendors for activities that may include F&B, AV temporary staff, travel/transportation, housing and security.
Virtual: Coordinating online delivery with faculty, sponsors and attendees.
