Certification Manager, IAHSS Part Time The Certification Manger is responsible for certification and recertification for IAHSS certifications, including the CHPA, Basic, Advanced, Supervisor and Safety certifications. This position interfaces with certification candidates, IAHSS members, academic institutions, and the general public. A customer service orientation is a must. The Manager also monitors and tracks candidates’ progress within a certification management system, communicating with candidates when necessary. The Manager ensures that IAHSS standards for its assessments are upheld. The Manager works with the IAHSS Commission on Certification to develop innovative approaches to certification, recertification, and quality assurance.
