As ASA prepares for its next 3-year strategic plan (starting 10/2024), the Director of Development (DD) will be a key leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for leading and implementing the organization’s fundraising strategy for growth. The DD plays a critical role in driving strategic sales initiatives that expands the organization’s 5,000+ membership roster, funder, sponsor, and partner base, and builds new donor-centered strategies. You are: Comfortable and confident pitching and closing revenue-generating relationships with members, member organizations, indu
