The Director of Administration will coordinate the activities of the organization’s chapters and affiliated organizations. They will coodinate the flow of information among the component groups and between the components and the parent organization. They will also provide coordinate/supervise existing staff to provide management assistance to association’s components. The Director will also administer service programs for members, identify the need for new services, and will develop content, scope, and cost of new service programs. Position will require travel around Indiana and several national meetings per year. This position will report to the Executive Vice President.
