As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HDA Research Foundation, Industry Relations department, and the Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition. You will provide administrative and project coordination assistance to the Director of the Foundation and will interact with a diverse group of internal and external professionals and high-level staff. This position reports to the Foundation Director.
Qualified candidates offer:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 years of professional office experience, including experience supporting multiple departments
Knowledge of and experience with general office practices and procedures
Project management experience preferred
