The SCA is a global leader in the provision of comprehensive ACCME accredited, professional education that in turn promotes safe, high quality, cost-effective medical care for patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures.  The Director of Education is directly responsible for the management of the Society’s Professional Education portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating adherence to current principles of adult learning methodology and development of innovative educational offerings both at our in-person conferences and via our year-round online learning management platform (SCA University).
