This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Insight, based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Director of Insight will be responsible for leading efforts in business insights, market research, and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions. Key tasks will include analyzing industry trends, gathering and interpreting market data, understanding customer behavior, and providing actionable recommendations to support organizational growth and development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Insights and Market Research
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Customer Insight methodologies
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Currently resides in Central North Carolina
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is an advantage
