The Orthopaedic Trauma Association is growing!  We have added a lead position to oversee OTA development and fundraising initiatives. This is a hands-on position, with 2 direct reports. Our HQ is located in Rosemont, Illinois, and our team works in the office 2 days per week, and remotely 3 days.  GENERAL SUMMARY:The OTA Director of Individual Giving and Corporate Relations will serve as the lead staff member responsible for oversight of society fund development.
