The American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington (ASAMW), a trade association representing construction subcontractors in the D.C. metro area, is seeking an Associate Director, Membership to take ownership of our membership program and elevate the member experience. The Associate Director, Membership will be the association’s expert in operating our association management system (AMS), ensuring efficient execution of all membership services — from application processing and onboarding to ongoing communications, renewals and invoicing to website content management such as events and registration forms. In addition, this role will help design and deliver value-driven programs and services that strengthen member engagement and retention. This positio
