Summary: With oversight, the incumbent in this position has primary responsibility for the accounts receivable operations of a $50 million organization, including the daily lockbox processing, cash receipts processing, credit card processing, invoicing, refund processing, and accounts receivable issues resolution. These responsibilities include assisting with daily cash reconciliation and monthly or quarterly reconciliation of all accounts receivable accounts. The incumbent serves as the primary accounting liaison to the MBA units that process accounts receivable transactions regarding the processing policies, schedule, and issues resolution and ensures that the accounts receivable aging remains current.
