Reston-based association seeks an individual interested in advancing the field of audiology through increased recognition and payment for services and development of strategic documents.  The Senior Director of Hearing and Balance Policy for the American Academy of Audiology will play an important role in policy development, advocacy outreach, and member education.  Primary responsibilities include: Develop and vet Academy policy and strategic documents pertaining to practice management, scope of practice, and coding and reimbursement. Support the Academy’s volunteer groups on matters related to health care coding, coverage, and reimbursement regulation. Manage the Academy’s strategic document development process and serve as project manager for all projec
