The International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) seeks a dynamic and dedicated full-time Executive Director to lead and sustain its efforts to advance the leadership and professional development of women judges. IAWJ is looking for an individual who is creative, entrepreneurial, and has the vision to support and empower IAWJ’s global network of women judges in order to advance equality and human rights. The Executive Director must be flexible, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker and capable of both working independently and as an effective team leader.  At the same time, the Executive Director must deal with a diverse, multicultural judicial membership around the world.  The Executive Director drives the organization’s overall strategy including fundraising, membership, operation
