The Manager, Membership Engagement is accountable for new member acquisitions, onboarding, and retention programs for all Corporate Event Marketer members and prospects. This role performs administrative functions including managing the membership database, coordinating member engagement and retention programs, and connecting with members through a variety of methods including direct phone calls, emails, and member community social media posts. The Manager, Membership is accountable for multiple deadlines, member engagement at events, and building positive relationships with current and prospective members. The Manager, Membership is open, transparent, and works effectively cross-functionally, engaging appropriate stakeholders across the organization.
