As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth, efficient operations—handling financial administration, managing membership processes, coordinating office logistics, and supporting our signature events. FFTA Operations Associate Position Information

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES
• Dynamic, energetic, self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and skills in bookkeeping and financial management for a non-profit association.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with membership management software (YourMembership) and financial software
(QuickBooks Online).
• Ability to manage operational functions, including mail administration and event logistics.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Strong technology skills both in design and delivery of work product, as well as in    understanding new and evolving ways to leverage technology for the betterment of the association and its members.
• Ability to embrace and cultivate a diverse, equity-focused organizational culture.
• Ability to facilitate a harmonious & impactful working environment across matrix reporting and resource allocation structures, such as the operations team’s support of events and projects led by Subject Matter Experts.
