Administrative Director, Job Description The National Association of State and Local Equity Funds (NASLEF) is a professional, nonprofit membership association formed in 1994 to promote the efficient management of state and local equity funds that finance affordable rental housing. Each NASLEF Core Member is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndicator in one or more states, and some have expanded into development, lending, policy, etc. in furtherance of their mission.
