Position Summary The Online Learning Manager is responsible for the administration, delivery, and continuous improvement of the association’s online learning operations. This position manages the learning management system (LMS), coordinates the technical setup and delivery of live online education programs, develops and publishes on-demand learning products, and provides technical and operational support to learners, speakers, and staff. The role is highly operational and execution-focused. Working closely with the Director of Education, the Education Manager, and subject matter experts, the Online Learning Manager ensures that online learning programs are well organized, technically sound, learner-centered, and aligned with applicable accreditation
